In honor of PT Day of Service 2021, the Northeast District is hosting a Fall Risk Screening at the Oak Park Farmers Market. Oak Park is a historically underserved area of Sacramento, with limited rehabilitation services available. Through this event we hope to enhance awareness of risk for falls and provide accessible resources to improve the health and safety of our community members.
